Aegis Chemical Solutions is searching for full-time CLO2 Technicians for our well servicing operations in and around El Reno, OK. CDL Class A OK Driver’s License with HAZMAT endorsement is preferred.
Area Manager // Cuero, TX
Aegis Chemical Solutions is searching for an Area Manager to oversee our Cuero region.
The Area Manager will be responsible for the sales, service, operations coordination, and business development within a defined geographical area. Key responsibilities include the coordination of all sales and service activities associated with customers, including but not limited to: staff supervision, orders, sampling, operations coordination, business development, and monthly reporting. In additional to the existing customer base the Area Manager should develop and lead our business development with a focus on building relationships and closing new business in the area. All of this must be accomplished with a focus on safety, while working cooperatively with other Aegis departments (Operations, Technical, etc.). The Area Manager will be responsible for supervision of one or more Account Managers, Account Representatives, and local operations employees.
Excellent problem-solving skills, client service skills, and a high degree of standard towards ethical principles are also a must for this role. Those with clear strategic ability and action-oriented individuals, who deliver integrated and long-lasting results through matrixed relationships within the organization will be very successful.
This role reports directly to the Regional Manager.
All candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point) is a must.
Experience: relevant: 7-10 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but we will accept work experience in lieu of.
